I can’t tell you how much I love this 3” Monster! This thing is built like a tank and blasts your arms so well. Hits the fingers and gets the forearms pumping all the way from elbow to wrist. Besides being on a table I’ve not found anything that kicks your arms a** like this thing. It’s amazing.
Been using regularly for last 2.5 months and my cupping and hand control have huge gains on the table. I can’t recommend this company and their products more highly! I just realized they have a 4” Crush out and I can’t wait to try. Thank you for such a quality product.
