The Colossal Crush is now available for purchase..

This handle will challenge even the mightiest grip..

We are using the new 3D printed grips , which are made by No Wimps 3D Printing .

CEO Rodney Sellers and I have worked very hard to come up with a durable and functional composite.

That would not take away from the difficulty of the grip , but add a little more surface to the grip allowing you to dig your fingers in.

We believe the improvement of the new material will add to the functionality of the overall performance.

Feels solid as can be, very well made. Puts an incredible amount of pressure on your fingers and wrist. Excellent for cupping but will also push your grip to the limit with minimal weight. I previously used a ironmind rolling thunder and this products blows that out of the water. It’s money well spent.

The 4” grip on the Raptor handle is great for training your cup and static holds in the cup. It hits part of your forearm in an area like never before.

I like to collect information from various sites. There are time when I like few points while reading a site. I would like to blog my findings. Will I face a copyright issue if i directly copy paste the few points from other sites? I have seen the usage of “source”. If i mention the source, will it help?.

Then one should become watchful, becomes yoga comes and move.”
It Is believed that an Indian disciple of the Buddha, Batuo transmitted Zen from India to China from the early 6th century C.E. and many modern Zen lineages follow their past straight to this monk and the Shaolin Monastery where he taught.
According to tradition, it had been said he Discovered that the monks at Shaolin to produce decent progress on their Spiritual Paths. So Batuo secluded himself in a cave for nine decades, emerging with a solution (like vinyasa yoga benefits) to the health problems of the Shaolin Monks and
powerful practises to help their religious development.
These practices became a set of exercises.
